Your tour begins in the beautiful island home of Hawaii, in the northern most point in the Polynesian triangle. With great courage and incredible navigational skills, the early Polynesian voyagers reached these shores using the stars and their knowledge of the ocean currents.
We start with the hula of Hawaii - quite simply poetry in motion. Elegant and refined, a hula dancer's movements flow with the music.
Next we journey to the land of the long white cloud, Aotearoa - New Zealand. It is home to the Maori people. Their culture is rich in song and dance, intertwined with strong oratory skills. You will notice their facial tatoos or Moko. This was used to symbolize one's genealogy and personal identity.
